Kate + Joe Engagement Session
About a month prier to Kate and Joes session I had the chance to shoot Kates family photos, so when it came time for our engagement session, these two were seasoned pros. A lot of couples think they need lots direction, but somehow with these two all I had to do was tell them to be themselves and natural poses/interactions just pored out.
For the first half of our session we went to The Wiedemann Hill Mansion. I have never been to this location.. it was absolutely gorgeous. Was having big Titanic vibes going on with that stairwell! Not only was this place stunning on the inside the grounds around the house were just as beautiful.
I know when the wedding day comes my main job is to tell Joe whether or not to keep his eyes open/closed- (I got you Joe) After the first part of the session we moved across the bridge back to the Cincinnati area and found a cute little pub and some awesome brick walls.
I need more couples who wanna go get a beer or incorporate more fun locations like this. We literally walked around this little block finding these interesting little spots. Then we walked into this pub that no one was in and took over the outdoor patio. If this session is any indication on how the wedding is going to go, its going to be pretty awesome. These two are so fun and loving the entire time. I didn't feel like I was taking photos.. almost as if I was hanging with old friends. I loved it.
Thanks for making a Sunday afternoon not feel so much like a Sunday afternoon. loved hanging out and getting to know you both.. now lets have a wedding!
